q. What is the expected delivery times on your products?

a. Delivery times will depend on your location, but as such we could expect a delivery time of a 7-10 days for your purchase. There may be some circumstances where it is a little longer depending on the destination country. The US will usually be quicker.

q. Where do you source your products?

a. We source our products from all over the world. We find limiting our search to any specific country will not truly bring the diversity of range required to satisfy tastes.

q. Why does my check out final payment appear in AUD?

a. Due to agreements with Stripe - our payments operator, we are unable to apply the final amount in USD; however, throughout the store we have auto-detection of your currency of choice and have modified the currency to suit you. Alternatively, if you choose to proceed with PayPal, the final amount will be in USD.

q. How long does it take for you to respond to a query?

a. We will endeavour to get back to you within the day, however, we have set ourselves a target of 24 hour turnaround. Customer service is most important to us, and we will invest all we can in making sure you, the customer, are happy with your purchase, and level of service.

q. What is your Refund Policy?

a. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, keeping you as a customer is our number one priority. Let us know and we will do what we can to ensure a speedy refund to you.

a. Our online store (through Shopify.com) is protected their security firewalls. Shopify is the industry's leading online store hosting service, and provides many payment provider options. A secure payment is guaranteed on our online store, and the Shopify platform has hundreds of thousands of stores protected with their platform. Our site is SSL certificate encrypted, and also accepts PayPal for further security as an option to you. Rest assured, we have you covered.
